If I live in Columbus and want to pick up my online order at the store...is that okay? 
Sure…please just indicate that in the special instructions section of your order.  If your order is from one of our local vendors (donovandesigns) standard shipping will not apply but there is a $3.00 delivery charge.  If you live or work on the east side of Columbus you are welcome to pick up your order at the donovandesigns warehouse to avoid the $3.00 delivery charge. 

Can notepad sets be personalized with different names? 
No we are sorry but the personalization on each notepad in a set must be the same.

What is the turn around time for custom orders? 
Typically the turnaround time is 5-7 business days, although many times it is much faster and during the holiday season may be a little longer.  If you need something by a certain date, please let us know. We will do what we can to accommodate you.

Is gift wrapping available? 
You’re in luck! The majority of our products come in a clear bag tied with a grosgrain ribbon…so they are ready to give.  If you would like we can include a gift card at no additional cost.  Please just indicate that on the special instructions. 

Can I upgrade the shipping to get my order faster? 
Sure thing…we offer overnight, 2 day and 3 day shipping.  Please contact us for the additional cost.
